Shah Mehta and Bakshi (SMB) is a Chartered Accountancy Firm established in the year 1986, under the name of Jagdish Dinesh Shah and Co. (Partners: Jagdish Shah and Dinesh Shah), later Vihang Bakshi joined the firm and the firm name changed to Shah Mehta & Bakshi.
Based in Vadodara, the firm has a wide clientele from all over the globe. It is registered with the Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi (Registration No 103824W).
